Add Custom field or internal note area to Qualifications so we can add notes for internal reference such as 'Superseded'

If a custom field or a text box could be made available for Qualifications in the system that would be excellent.

It would be even better if that field could be added as a Display field in reports or as an optional column on the Qualifications view page.

It would allow for internal notes to be added such as 'Superseded' or 'Validation due 1/12/2022'.

At the moment there doesn't seem to be any area on a qualification where notes can be made that would not impact what appears on a certificate or what appears on a website connection so I hope this could be considered.

  Hi Pip,

  Check out the qualification version field. It can be used to achieve most of what you've requested.

  

  We use this field to record release numbers and other internal notes. It's super helpful and could probably resolve a few pending items in the ideas forum

  Thanks Calvin, I do use the version field but had only ever thought of using it to track release versions. It still doesn't allow us to have more than one version for better control of transitioning between versions but it lets me at least track which ones I have updated.
