Completed Follow Up Tasks
Hi Guys,
We recently had to contact support as we could not work out where follow-up tasks go when they are marked as complete after looking through the relevant support documents. We found that it was a very strange place for these to go as they are under Workflow > User Tasks > Completed.
We would like to ask if the completed follow up tasks could be moved to Marketing > Follow Ups and also remain on the users contact page that it corresponds to under a Completed/Inactive Tab to keep everything relating to that learner together?
