Ability to link multiple workshops to a single unit of competency

We have students that are completing a theory and a practical assessment for the same unit of competency. At present it is only possible to link one of these workshops to the unit of competency in their enrolment. I understand it is easy enough to book someone in the workshop without linking it to the unit of compency but this is limiting on the student portal. I would like for the student to view the unit and see all associated workshops.

  I wholeheartedly support this. We need the ability to be able to see every time a student has done a workshop related to a specific unit of competency.

  Absolutely agree with this! Most of the UoC's we offer have a separate theory and practical component, many  which are done on different days. If a student completes the theory then we want to book them into the practical session, at present it just suggests to remove the booking the theory session. Very hindering!

  Definitely support this idea. If students attend multiple workshops for one particular unit, we need to be able to link these to the unit.

  This would be a huge benefit to our organisation. We have several UoC that have multiple workshops and it would be great to be able to link all workshops to their Unit.

  Hi All, thank you for your suggestions and comments!

  aXcelerate has a one-to-one relationship with workshop bookings, meaning the student can only be enrolled into one Workshop per UoC, even though multiple Workshops can be attached to a UoC at the Class level.

  One potential workaround for this is to create an internal Unit which will give you the ability to link multiple Workshops to it, and then selecting the relevant one for the student. See example below:

  Hi would like to know if this will be a feature that can be considered by aXcelerate development team.  Having the option to link multiple workshops to one UoC will be convenient and useful for most organisations.
