Placement report filters

I need tadditional filters to be able to build a report to include the:

• Placement Trainer
• Total Approved Hours ( not manually entered hours)
• Placement Progress

  Hi

  I am still needing the placement trainer, total hours ( not just mannual hours)  to be fields I can I can use in reports.
