Bulk delete instance enrolments

You can't delete assessments without deleting instances and you can't delete instances without deleting enrolments. There should be an option of doing so in bulk, because from an educational perspective, assessments update or change completely based on government requirements (especially without much notice).

To individually delete enrolments in an instance is extremely time consuming; this affects productivity and in turn finances of the business.

  Hi Sharmine, thank you for your post.

  Depending on how you have enrolled your students into the assessments, you can indeed bulk delete assessment enrolments from the Class page. 

  Under the Bulk Actions menu of a Class Matrix, the menu item Bulk Update Assessment Details will present the opportunity for you to update multiple factors related to Assessment Enrolments, including bulk deleting enrolments.

  Furthermore, if an Online Assessment needs to be changed or updated in line with government requirements or continuous improvement practices, we now have an Assessment Versioning feature which can easily  support / facilitate these changes. Click on the help guide below to learn more about this:
