Restricted note types

We would find it incredibly helpful to create a note type that can only be viewable by certain permission levels (EG a note type called CONFIENTIAL could only be viewable by those who have been allocated 'view' in the user management features).

We utilise the axcelerate contact notes for every interaction we have with students, however there may be certain information that is necessary to share between the management team that should be kept confidential from other levels of staff.

It is inefficient for us to use alternate systems to track confidential notes when our entire organisation refers to the axcelerate contact notes.

  Big supporter of this. 

  There is a current thread on this also titled 'Confidentiality of student notes', with several comments and votes. If these can please be combined. 

  Our business currently has to manage any confidential notes on an external spreadsheet and make reference to this, where as a VIEW/UPDATE etc permission for this type of 'note type' would be preferred so that notes could be in aXcelerate (one-stop show) and allow those with appropriate permissions to view the note in detail, and others to simply see there is a note yet not be able to view details - and must request more info from a staff member that can (and follow own company procedures from there).

  Being able to restrict confidential notes attached to a contact would be really useful.
