Allow a User role the ability to see all Saved Reports
It would be helpful to have the ability to assign a role (e.g. the role in aX that can modify Master settings) to be able to see ALL saved reports. Some kind of 'God' mode for Saved Reports (e.g. the role/s that can make changes to system and master settings) would make for better management of our system.
We have been updating our user role types for some staff, and are finding staff (including our system admin) lose visibility of reports that others have created in the past - because the original creator only shared the report with a specific role type (that may no longer be in use by any staff). Especially if the original creator leaves the business we need to ask aX Support to find the report and identify what role(s) it is shared with; change someone's access to that role type, to be able to go in and update. Seems a waste of various people's time.
