Same Format for Adding Contact and Organisation Notes

There are a couple small differences when adding notes for contacts and organisations:

- While in the organisations note popup, you're unable to use the search contacts bar in the top right (whereas this works for the contact notes). I personally like being able to use the search contacts as I will occasionally use it to search for other names to check spelling or see if they're on the system.

- While in the contacts note popup, you're unable to scroll (which you can do in the organisations one). I personally like being able to scroll as I might be referring to another note on their profile which may be hidden behind the popup. An alternative to scrolling would be to be able to drag the popup which I've seen is possible with other types of popups (e.g. some loading bars have this ability).

I think it would be good if adding notes worked the same way for both contacts and organisations, but this is a super nit-picky thing.

  Valid points, it is annoying we can no longer scroll the background while in a contact note, often you do need to be able to reference something in the background and there is no way to do this without opening a second tab or closing the note.
