Different Permission sets for Certificates versus Templates

We would like to see the permissions for Certificates and Templates to be split.  

We need to ensure that Certificates (in particular AQF Certification templates) can only be added, updated or deleted by one (or maximum two) staff. 
However we have a handful more staff who rightfully should be able to add, update or delete (general communication) Templates.  

It is problematic that these permissions are combined - meaning that to appropriately restrict access to AQF Certification templates, any updates to (general communication) Templates need to go through one person, creating a potential bottleneck in the process.

  I 100% agree!

  Especially as there is also no change log regarding when/who makes changes so there is no way to know if someone changes something they shouldn't.

  Oh lordy thank you Mary and Pip, although sounds like your request fell on deaf ears?!

  It is crazy that these are combined - one is highly sensitive, the other not so and I need someone to go through and update all our footers as they are an image. :( 

  Agree - having no change log is a dealbreaker for adding other staff to this permission set.
