I would like to see the surveys enhanced to offer branching questions. For example: If yes, then allocate a question to appear if the student answers No, select a different question to answer.

  It would be great for aXcelerate to incorporate this as it allows us to target certain responses with specific follow up questions, whilst also not asking unnecessary questions to students who responded differently.

  This allows is to collect the simple quality data whilst also collecting feedback.

  eg: Q1 Are you satisfied with our training facilities?

  • Yes - sent directly to Q2
  • No - branching question - Please explain how we could improve. - then sent to Q2
