We are currently onboarding with AX and have found one thing that we will miss from our previous LMS is the ability to create forms for our trainers/learners to complete when required.

This would be really handy to have available in the system as we currently use a 'Visit Form' to monitor and track when a student has been seen by their assessor and any relevant comments.

We could create these as a 'Lesson' etc but this will significantly reduce the functionality and abilities we currently use surrounding form completion.

Our current LMS allows us to toggle the viewing permissions of each field to set it to a learner/trainer view and also to set fields as required or optional.

Thank you for your suggestions.

We have recently implemented Learner Onboarding forms which if applied to an enrolment, must be completed by the learner prior to accessing their course.

I've attached out help guide here that provides more information on this new feature.

This would actually be so useful! Especially if we could have the form save as a PDF to the student's portfolio
