Bulk Export of Students .pdf Reports (Communication Templates with Custom Fields) and customised filename

Presently we create student progress reports for our high schools, some of our students may be enrolled in 3 or more VET courses. They receive two of these reports per year.

At present to save these reports we have to generate and save/rename each .pdf report for each student. This extremely labour intensive and also runs the risk of data entry errors when we are having to rename files.

We require this so the reports can then be issued to schools/uploaded into their systems for distribution and archiving.

We need a way to be able to generate these files (single click) and be able to customise the filename on export.

    This would be a fantastic option and will certainly compliment the current features available on aXcelerate and will reduce the current productivity time involved in producing bulk exports of student reports. I look forward to the possibility of this occurring in the future.
