Record video and voice in File Upload Question type

I would like to gauge interest in allowing the file upload question type to record video or voice. This would allow language schools to record voice for reading assessments. It also allows for recording video for role-playing assessments, which can be good for real estate courses or even actors schools.

  Recording (and timing) a reading or describing a diagram/picture is required for our English programs. This would be so beneficial. Role playing is required for many of our VET business courses also.
