Improve Learning Plan Search capability

Currently the search feature available on Learning Plan page doesn't return results as expected or hoped for. For example searching on a specific string of numbers (eg a qual. code) used at the start of a LP name wont return specific results. There is a lot of noise. Similarly if a specific key word eg a client org name is placed at the end, the search wont even return any results. Now we have so many LPs this is getting more important

  Just a note, my workaround is to use the browser search option - finds the terms better than Ax search field.

  Yes, I agree. It appears to only search based on the first 3 letters or digits entered. Unfortunately our learning plans mostly start with CHC, so anything typed after that doesn't make any difference to the search results.
