User Permission - Resources -> Room Setup

Access to the "Room Setup" area in the system is currently granted by the "General Settings" user permission. 

"General Settings" adds access to a lot of other areas as well, it'd be really nice if we could at minimum split off "Room Setup" into its own permission so that our sub domains can access this feature without all of the extra stuff.
