Please add an Axcelerate chat plugin that we can integrate to our WordPress site with the following features:

• Chatbot
• FAQ
• Form - captures name, email and phone number
• Away time automated message
• Roles assignment for back end chat responders
• Notes
• Reports dashboard where we can see how many have enrolled, how many needs to be followed up, etc.

  Fantastic - with the push for learning plans and student portal this is a no brainer feature to next level the online experience for students

  Did anything come from this request? We are also looking for this feature from aXcelerate, for communication workflows before the student becomes enrolled.

  Is this available? With the increased support requirements in the Revised Standards 2025 it will be a necessary function to stay compliant.
