Student Contact message new colour is not bright enough to be noticed

I am finding the new pastel blue highlight of the students 'contact message' displayed on the top of their profiles is not bright enough to stand out and it is being overlooked often.

Can we have an option to perhaps change the background colour of this, make it bold or something to stand out more?

The purpose of this message is to show something of importance for this student so it needs to really be bold and prominent.

  I can't vote. The colour is washed out & is easily overlooked. I agree.
