Bulk Duplicate Tool - List new instance links

It would be good if in addition to the below success message, we could have a list of links to the new workshop instances when bulk duplicating courses.

Ideally links would open in a new tab.

It might also be nice to include the selected filters in the list items if possible. E.g.

• <Date>, <Trainer> - <link to new instance> 
• <Date>, <Trainer> - <link to new instance> 
• <Date>, <Trainer> - <link to new instance>

  This would be great because often there are further updates you need to make to the workshop or linked class.

  For example we have to go through the Qualification classes and change the certificate issue flag since the system will only generate a class with SOA as default even if the workshop links to a full qualification.
