Calendar - default start and end times

It would be beneficial if we could set a default start and end time in the calendar for when adding workshops from the calendar quick add function to reflect our standard business hours.

  I agree that would be good (if unable to do it based on the default hours for the workshop type).

  The current system default of 6:00-6:15 isn't particularly helpful as always needs changing. Would be good to have it at least business hours, if not workshop hours.
