It would help to protect the integrity of data if dates for completed units could be locked (or at least a warning given if dates are being changed) on completed units that have already been reported via AVETMISS.

  Via RAPT also for funding lodgements - it is a nightmare when trainers change end dates and outcomes for no apparent reason
