SMS template is a must

Hello AX - as most students only communicate by SMS and only check email infrequently having SMS would be ideal in this day and age. Currently sending email - then we send an SMS to tell them they have an email. As AX is a high-end product it is a function that is critical to efficiency. This is the 3rd time I am suggesting this and it has been on this forum for years. Many other SMS systems have this functionality.

  Thank you for your suggestion. I will raise this with our product team tomorrow.

  I will note that using the Workflow system already allows for templates to be used for the purposes of SMS messages, however I'm assuming the request is to allow templates to be used via the other channels (e.g., Communication for a whole class).

  For now, I'm going to close out this request, as it is a duplicate. I would ask anyone to please voice your feedback on this thread instead.
