Student User - Bulk deactivate function
At the moment to deactivate a student user who no longer needs access you have to pull a report, check the student's file, then go to System Users – Student and search for them, then deactivate them.
There is no report that can tell you if they have active enrolments, so this is a hugely time-consuming process.
There needs to be an easier way

That's unfortunate. It would be great if there was a workflow process that could search for student users with no active enrolments within the last X days or something.
Or even (and may still not work for you, Pip) the ability to delete their user account from the contact dashboard - we can create their account via a button there, but when you click on update user record, the option to delete is not on that screen which then relies on us going to the full user list and finding them to delete. Something more streamlined would definitely be better.

Thanks Pip and Tom
I agree - I have been searching for a workflow function to automate this task. Who has time to keep doing this manually?! We now have over 5000 users as a school-based RTO, but only 1300 of them are active.
As Tom has suggested, a workflow process to deactivate x days after activity completion would be a wonderful system improvement.
