Weighting points in qualification rules

I was wondering if there has ever been discussion of building weighting points in to the qualification rules within aXcelerate.

I admit I do not know extensively how many qualifications have packaging rules based on weighting, but as an example, UET20319 calculates it electives based on weighting points (not # of units nor nominal hours).

  I support this, we currently hold a DESBT SAS contract covering various qualifications within the MEM package which is all unit weight point based for electives. This not only impacts the compliance against the qualification package rules but also has flow on effects to the contract schedules being paid per unit weight point as opposed to number of units. 

  The existing scheduling feature in aXcelerate does not accommodate per unit weight point. This impacts our budget predictions and revenue reporting as we are paid different for each unit within the training package depending on the weight point allocated to the unit.
