Contact pop up message automatically added to contact notes

Our team would find it handy that any contact pop up message that is created is automatically added to the contact notes.

  Also, contact messages should show a date stamp and user name of the last time it was added/updated.

  100% agree!

   

  Unless staff initial the contact message, we do not know who has added the message. 

  This would be really helpful if it was also added automatically as a contact note with staff details, time and date
