Suspended Enrolments - stopping assessment submission on this status

When an enrolment is changed from 'in progress' to 'suspended', this should automatically stop students from submitting assessment.  Currently students can still submit against this enrolment status and it makes it an awkward (& sometimes agressive from the student) conversation to ring them and tell them to stop submitting or that we can't mark the submitted assessment.

  Assessments are usually linked to a unit, so perhaps it would be best to withdraw the student from the unit or if that is not your preference then you could just go to the class and through bulk update assessment details, change their access end date so they can no longer access the linked assessment? Then if the suspension is removed, you can just go back in and allow access again through the same method.
