''Failed'' as a result in learner portal

Hi

Are we able to changed the word ''Failed'' in the Results tab of the learner portal, to Unsatisfactory or Not Competent? As VET is Competency based, ''Failed'' isn't a word that we use and sounds very blunt. Even if we can have a radio button so we can choose what the student sees e.g., Failed, Unsatisfactory or Not Competent? This could be at the Assessment results page (legacy assessments) or in the settings of the learner portal.

  Hi Karen,

  Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

  We agree that not yet satisfactory assessment attempts should display a different status other than "Failed". 

  This is a change that was made to Online Assessments some time ago and we've agreed to update Standard Assessments in the same way.

  Hi Karen,

  I've requested that we use "Unsatisfactory" instead. This will also align with the statuses of Online Assessments.

  It would also be good if we could choose what the "fail" outcome displays when creating an assessment. e.g. fail / unsatisfactory / not yet satisfactory, etc.
