Adding more users to "From"Drop Down for Templates

I couldn't see this yet added to the Ideas Forum, but I do apologise if I missed it.
Our team have recently queried if we can add more Users in the drop down "From" for templates/aXcelerate emails? Currently this only displays the "user" or aXcelerate Owner email. This would be beneficial as then our students can email a "Group/Centralised" email if they respond to the Template Communication as opposed to our personal emails if we are able to add more users.

You can achieve the result you're looking for by simply creating a new system user. You may need to ask an administrator to set this up if you do not have permissions yourself.
You can add unlimited system users as your account is on our Learner Tier pricing.
It would involve creating a new contact named "Training Administrator" or something along those lines, and using a generic email address such as hello@training.com.au.
This contact would then need setting up as a system user, which will allow you to select them when sending templates.

Edit: Blair has informed me that any replies to emails (even when configured as above), will still reply to the user who has sent the templates.
