Adding more users to "From"Drop Down for Templates

    Hi Chloe

    You can achieve the result you're looking for by simply creating a new system user. You may need to ask an administrator to set this up if you do not have permissions yourself.

    You can add unlimited system users as your account is on our Learner Tier pricing.

    It would involve creating a new contact named "Training Administrator" or something along those lines, and using a generic email address such as hello@training.com.au.

    This contact would then need setting up as a system user, which will allow you to select them when sending templates.

    Edit: Blair has informed me that any replies to emails (even when configured as above), will still reply to the user who has sent the templates.

  • Permanently deleted user

    Just thought I'd chime in for Office 365 users, but my understanding is (at this current stage), this feature is not available for Office 365 users due to how Office 365 authenticates (or something along those lines).
