    Hi Adrian,

Thank you for your suggestion. It's unfortunate that Microsoft have such low sending limits. If you don't want to use our Mailserver and perhaps wanted to try a paid service, you could use something like Sendgrid.

It is unlikely that we would implement your suggestion, however, we will continue to monitor feedback from other users.

    Cheers,
    Rod.

    Thanks Adrian.

I am just encountering the same issue as a newbie to workflow automation and my head office replied with a similar suggestion -

"Do I understand correctly, that messages do get sent by the aXcelerate but when they send in bulk it errors out with this error code?

If so, ask them to input delay between messages being sent.

    Please advise if this helps."

Our Office 365 is used by 155 schools so even if I set the workflow to run well out of hours (10pm) I am still running into the issue; because others at any one of these schools could have set an email to run to multiple recipients at this time.

The benefit of workflow to my day is greatly reduced when I have to go back and check who received their course completion and certificate emails successfully and who didn't.  It's not the kind of thing we can afford to get wrong due to systemic issues out of our control.

365 has what should be called ‘delays’ in sending rather than limits. We find that with bulk sending that 365 holds the emails in the outbox and releases them as able
