It would be absolutely awesome if the national nominal hours were built into the system as a default and then if necessary user could change them to suit state requirements, it would save so much time looking them up and adding them, particularly when creating state funded skill sets.  The nominal hours for the units of competency that are added should self calculate.

  Why does AVETMISS tell me the hours are too high if self calculating?

  I am guessing you cannot go higher than the actual nominated hours, in NSW we do not have any discretion in amending the hours

  I have full rights, but i can not see the option for nominal hours
