VET Student Loans (HEPCAT) Field

Hi Guys,

 

I have noticed an update has occurred with this field:

VET Student Loans (HEPCAT):

Eligible

This is in the VET Student Loans Module Fees and Status Section

 

On this page it used to show a warning message saying not eligible until CHESSN has been created. This was a great reminder for the team to not forget this step. Now that a green tick shows, it would be easy for this step to be missed.

 

I understand the "retrieve debt information" will still not show without it...but it isn't obvious enough.

 

Is it possible to either change this back to showing the warning error until CHESSN has been made, or add an extra description, Eligible for VSL, but CHESSN still to be created?

  I'll create a support request from this post - I'd like to get some more information so that we may investigate, as we're not aware of any changes to this area.
