Student contact preference

Is there an area that we can indicate preferred method of contact with student? We ask this question on their enrolment form (SMS, phone,email) yet no where to record this in Axcelerate that i can see. Would be even better if this could then come over as automated when we do bulk contact so that we don't have to manually check what each individual student prefers.

  Hi Kendra, Just thought I would offer a suggestion, perhaps you can add a 'custom field' to your contacts where your team can enter the preferred contact method.

  You may then be able to add that field to a report, then set up a workflow to send to contacts based on the preferred contact method in the report.

  A bit tricky to get all that set up but could be an option to try.
