Notification when a user is deactivated when they are linked to a workflow

When a staff member leaves who have workflow eg reports sent to them that when the user is deleted/deactivated that they are notified/removed or ability to reallocate

 

For example, you may have a Queue Saved Reports being sent to 6 staff members but one leaves the company you won't know which workflow that staff member is linked to easily.

  I've experienced this too. Not sure what the answer is but would be handy if there was a way to manage this in aXcelerate somehow.
