Bulk update rooms in timetables

Axcelerate have asked to me put this question on here.

The issue of bulk updating rooms in timetables has arisen.

You cannot bulk update rooms but can bulk update all other data. It would seem a simple request to me as a script just needs amending.

However, the issue is: Where we change rooming for a long course e.g. Dip Childcare we can have to make nearly 200 manual room changes.

A waste of time for me and my staff and all providers who run more than day/a few day courses.

  Agree - this would be beneficial for us as well.  Our staff find it too time consuming to update rooms etc if they change part way through our 18mth Diploma - so often the room information in aX is outdated and doesn't help us with resource management.
