Finance Model - Removal of duplication in set up

It would be very helpful to be able to copy Finance Models for funded reporting with all of the items copying over.

At the moment we are having to set up up 5 finance models per course -

Employer pays (Concession and Non-concession),

Student Pays (concession and Non-concession)

Student pays (Targeted fee relief programmes)

It is hours of work when it could be a simple copy full finance model as, whoever pays, they always have to pay for all resource fees per unit.

  Either allow duplication or allow one finance model to apply to multiple qualifications. It is annoying to set up several concession finance models that have the same hourly rate but apply to different qualifications.
