Add password for access to assessments

Some assessments need to be completed in a supervised environment and/or at a specific point in a course. When the assessments are automatically assigned to the students on enrolment, it means they could access/attempt/complete the assessments in an unsupervised environment. It would be useful to have a way of controlling exactly when students can commence their assessment.

Adding an optional password to an assessment (or assessment instance) would be an easy way of controlling this, the assessor could just provide the students with the password when they are ready to commence.

  Great idea! We want our students to only be able to access the assessment in the classroom as it is a controlled environment, and I think this would really help us control this.
