Is it possible to add to the 'Competency Level' drop down menu in the competency matrix section? We engage a number of Subject Matter Experts in a co-assessment model, it would be beneficial for us to apply this category to these people in our trainer competency matrix.
Also:
When viewing the 'Trainers' via contacts drop down menu, currently we can view: Trainer, and Employment Type - is it possible to add the 'competency level' to this table too?

  It would also be helpful to have an in progress or under review option - when we are on-boarding trainers we want to be able to upload their evidence before we decide if they are ready / able to train and or assess. this choice does not seem to be available.
