Once the participant completes the booking, fills out the enrolment & AVETMISS details, this should upload into their student portal/student portfolio as an enrolment form.

 

Currently, the system takes the students details including AVETMISS related information, but this is only stored against the student and not an enrolment form that you can show at Audit time?

  Thank you for your suggestion.

  While not exactly the same, this Idea has relation to another forum post about digital signatures which is gathering momentum.

  I hope you're well!

  This is currently on our development plan - once enrolled via the Online Enrolments feature, a PDF of the enrolment form will sit against the contact's portfolio area.

  This Idea's Forum post will be updated once the functionality has gone live.
