Domain access control for resources, SCORM and assessments
It would be very useful if we could specify which users by domain can access specific items in the resources library, scorm packages and online assessments.
We have some resources/assessments which can only be used by specific partners (domains) but if we put them into aXcelerate then people from across the organisation will have access to resources which they are not authorised to access/use.

I agree. This would be very useful and allow students to only see the resources that are relevant to their domain.
Currently everyone can see other domain documents if they are linked to a program or even a subject. As a student viewing their course and resources, this functionality would clean up their files and reduce confusion regarding which files they are to access.

100%! I’d love to see domains integrated into the Resource Library.
I manage staff skills training in aXcelerate and use User Role Permissions to control access to training-related documents for administrators. However, they currently have visibility over all RTO documents due to similar permission settings. Introducing domain separation—alongside the ability to tick specific permissions—would be a fantastic enhancement. It would allow for more precise control and a cleaner, more secure user experience.
