Pre-training survey - Remove anonymous option

It would be helpful if when creating a pre-training survey, there was the ability to remove the option for the participant to make the survey anonymous. This means that we cannot carry out surveys that require the participants contact details.

  It would be extremely helpful to have the option to send the pre-training survey with enforced identity, allowing us to follow up with learners if needed based on their responses.
