Generating report on enrolled students checklist

We are using a CRICOS checklist attached to each students contact to upload documentation. 

 

Searching each individual contacts to check what documentation students have on file is time consuming. 

 

It would be very helpful if there was an option to run a report for all enrolled students based off the elements of a checklist, and whether the student has a file uploaded for it.

  This will be ideal for any portfolio checklist created and used. It would be handy to have the file name of the document uploaded included in the report. E.g there could be 2 enrolment forms under "Enrolment" if the student does one qual and then rolls into a higher qualification.
