Agreed!! This would be extremely useful for us as well to have the ability to have private and confidential contact notes in the system that can be hidden from general users.

Great idea Sandy - we reaised this verbally a few months ago, thanks for logging this idea. We 100% agree and would find great value in this. We have some very confidential notes and would like this to be private (whether it be you require a password to view the note / it is associated with a User Permission Group / you can select what Users have visibility on this?). Would love to see this get up. Thanks,

Just seeing if there was any traction on this Idea (or if any other users would find this valuable).

We have many Notes (conversations with our students / private disclosures / personal health history etc) that we need to store in notes but not for full organisation view. We are currently listing these in a Folder on our Google Drive manned by a Manager, and then making a 'note' on their Contact to say 'See Confidential Note Register'. Is there a way to have Password Protected Notes OR Access to confidential Notes by Permission Level?

    Thanks, Amber

We really need this too - there are many instances where confidential student information needs to be stored.

If we cannot limit access and it is simply in someone's email it often gets lost and the student support (a requirement of CRICOS) is not able to be provided as required as those who need to know do not.

This really is required in the system

Bumping up this idea. Our organisation has a requirement to be able to add contact notes marked as confidential so only specific users can see them.
