    The download certificates option allows you to download pre-issued certificates as PDFs in bulk. This can be downloaded as a .zip file or as a combined PDF file.
    This would be useful if your students have provided written permission that their employer (or other applicable party) can receive a copy of their issued certificate. Alternatively, this could also be useful if you have a class of students in a face-to-face session who are ready to receive their paper-based certificates.

    1. Hover over the Certificates tab and click Download
    2. Select a Certificate Template
    3. Select the Issued Date group you wish to download
    4. Select a Download As option
    5. Click Download

    Downloading certificates from the class matrix doesn't work for our partners who do not have access to this. A bulk download from the workshop is greatly needed.

    Classes are not associated with non-accredited courses. I agree that we need to be able to download in bulk from the Workshop view

    I was just searching on how to download bulk certificates from a short course post issuing certificates and found this thread.

    Axcelerate is our 4th learner management system, but it's the only one that doesn't allow post-bulk certificate download. Even Vettrak allows bulk download of certificates post-course with no time restriction.

    I'm amazed at this discovery for the pricing we are paying.
    It's a pretty standard requirement as most companies will change staff and then will ask for another download of certificates. I'm really surprised at this restriction.

    Thanks Max, this is amazing.

    We often get our partners trying to access 'Print Certificates' when they want to access them because the terminology is not clear.

    Can we to change this to 'Generate Certifiates' or 'Create Certificates' to more accurately identify the two options?
