Learner Log history to remain after deleting unit & state when units have been deleted/added

Hi there,

It would be great if the history of a deleted unit in the learner log could remain there after deletion... as when you delete the unit  the whole unit's history is removed from the learner log.

Also would be great if the learner log could state when a unit has been deleted/re-added

  I agree with this, has there been any updates since then? If yes, where should I look?
