Add Follow Ups & Portfolios to Organisations

The new Organisation Notes is a welcome addition, however it would be great to if you were also able to create a Follow Up off that same note, in the same way this can occur from the Contact Note.

Also the ability to add a Portfolio item/s to Organisations would be very helpful for CRICOS/ELICOS providers to track agreements and currency.

  Yes, agree.  I thought it would have been there when you could start recording notes against an organisation because you can do it against a contact.

  Totally agree portfolio items on organisations is vital for agreements for non ELICOS/CRICOS providers also where we have supply agreements etc

  Yes 100% completely agree, recently transitioning over from another sms we had the ability to add tasks/follow ups and also documents. It would also be great to be able to associate other contacts to documents you upload. E.G. Employer Resource Assessment, often this is relevant to multiple students, the ability to link them to this document would be great and save having to navigate through the system to obtain the document you require or upload it to several areas.

  100% totally agree. We don't always have a known Contact associated with an Organisation, particularly in the case of perspectives or the current Contact has left the organisation. Currently, we contact an Organisation, create the Organisation Note and record externally to aXcelerate so that it is not lost/forgotten. Should not be the case. EVERYTHING should be in aXcelerate.
