Payment Outcome Rules

I would like to be able to set up payment outcome rules that are linked to the funding body that is attached to a contract.  I have to set up multiple schedule lines for some of our contracts (up to 50 per contract) and I have to go and change the payment and reporting rules for each line which is very inefficient.
