How to track that the student assessment is original

Please, could we have a tick box or equivalent so that when students do an online quiz they have to tick it to say that their assessment is their own work?  We understand that this is a requirement for compliance and might be a criticism of auditors.

  Thank you for your feedback and suggestions!
  
  A Student Declaration could be used if a student is required to provide a confirmation that their assessment submission is original as part of your Assessment.
  
  Upon submission of their Assessment, students will be shown the accompanying 'Student Declaration Text' and will be required to add their signature. The provided signature will be visible in the Marking area when viewing each Student's attempt.

  Hi Anni,

  We simply create a final question (for our build on multi choice assessments) that is as below. This also helps in the build on assessments in that it always takes you to the final question on the re-sit, this way it gets the declaration each time.
