Agreed. This would be incredibly beneficial for us as well! Often we need to see who a contact note was sent too and if unknown, often we may send it twice just to be sure. This would be a fantastic feature!!

yes, definitely! This actually used to be a feature - you could see 'sent to xxx' on the note.  Can we have this added back please??

Full support for this suggestion - being able to see who the note was sent to (and cc'd to) on the note would be really useful!

If the Sent to: information could be included in the same way as the updated by info below it would save a lot of time.

Yes..I agree to the above.  This would be very helpful as it confirms that you have emailed the person and haven't forgotten to send.

Hi aXcelerate Team, Just hoping to see if there was an update here? We are using the 'Send Note' function more and more, and have no evidence / way to find out who it was sent to (unless you know the recipient and can go to their aXc profile). Has there been any update in including a 'Note Sent to: XXX' in the note, in a similar way that it lists 'Updated by XXX' on the note. Thanks, Amber

Yes I totally agree to this! For tracking purposes (even just clarity) I would think it's essential to have record of who notes have been sent to.

Totally agree!!! This is so needed!!!!! I have put this on the forum in my own post and need to see who we have CCed notes to daily. Currently you have to write IN your note that you are CCing someone. Please aXcelerate - update/re instate this feature.

We have had so many issues with tracking who has been emailed notes can we please have an update if this idea will be implemented/reinstated?
