Widget on Dashboard showing a Trainer/Assessor their allocated Students

As all of our trainers/assessors are contracted and have a range of students from all over QLD from multiple classes we run.  We really would like to have the list of students we allocate to them on their dashboard.  Most of trainers don't have the ability/tech knowledge or time to be running reports. This is because we are in the equine (horse) industry and have many rural trainers.

So it needs to be as simple as possible.

  I would also like to see this.

  However, in the meantime I do use the widget Saved Reports that links to the report for that trainer showing all their current students.

  It shows as a graph on their screen, but on the click of an icon the report comes up for them.

  Thanks Wendy, however our trainers don't have the ability or access if they are using phones in remote locations in outback QLD to be able to run, view and interpret reports.

  It would be really good to have a 'My Students' widget on the dashboard that shows trainers the students assigned to them with a link to the class/workshop. Separate tabs for current and completed students (like the upcoming workshops widget has for past/today/future) would also be very useful.

  If it had the ability for admins to view all and/or filter by trainer as well it would be even better.

  I am sure a similar result can be achieved through the reports but a dashboard widget would be a lot more practical and user-friendly.
