Enable Signatures on Training Plans

Hello Everyone,

 

As you all are aware of the compliance requirement of training plans which has to be updated and signed by the trainer. The system should have a feature or at least should provide a system to do or put signatures in the training plan template.

  Thank you for your feedback and suggestions!
  
  We have added an Agreements feature that will allow you to create templates, with signature fields that require a specific user, such as a trainer, requiring them to sign the document which would then be converted into a PDF stored against the contact.

  Definitely, seeing as we can create the TP we should be able to have the trainer, student and employer sign these as units are completed or as updates are sent. Even if it is another section of AX that the learners can access and have it update as changes are made to dates etc. Would also be handy to be able to view previous versions after changes have been made so that they can be tracked.
